The font used in this template is a clean and simple template called LD Elementary.

This is a 1 page template for your Guided Reading instruction for Mon - Friday. Keep it on a clipboard for easy access or in a page protector near your Guided Reading table/ center. You have enough space for 4 reading groups & a box below to write who is in each group. In your Misc box you will find space for Centers of the week, a reminders list, as well as ELL/ ESOL strategies.

The Font I used for this template is Smiley Monster.

This template is a 2 page Reading, Language arts & Writing template. It is made to sit side by side and has plans for a whole week. On the left hand page you have a box for standards, comprehension skills, spelling, high frequency, and vocabulary words of the week. It also has boxes for your daily centers, guided reading & home work. You can fill in your objectives, ESOL/ ELL strategies and assessments at the bottom of both pages. You must have the "Smiley Monster" font when you download this template in the editable Word format.

You will also get sections for your Objectives, Standards/CCS, Material and Assessments. A lot packed into 2 pages of organizations. I recently created a new template for Megan, from A New Box of Crayons, and when she shared it online, it was a big hit. So in the tradition of naming templates for the fab bloggers they were created for I bring you the...

This is a 2 page template meant to sit side by side or not, your choice. Instead of a portrait view I switched to a landscape, or horizontal view. Again the days are color coded for easy referencing between pages. It has a Reading/ Phonics, small area to identify Reading groups you are meeting with, Writing, Interventions, Math, Science/ Social Studies sections. For the teacher it also includes a To do, Reminders, HFW/ Sight word section and even a place to add what specials you are having that day.
